Access to Basic Services
We're committed to ensuring every individual and family has the standard of living they deserve — regardless of the barriers they face.
Dignity as a Foundation
No young person should have to wonder where their next meal comes from, whether they can get to school, or whether they have a safe place to sleep. Access to basic services is the floor on which every other opportunity is built.
By strengthening community infrastructure, we address the root points of distress in the neighborhoods that need it most — so help isn't a one-time patch, but a lasting safety net woven into the community itself.
Safe Spaces & Housing
Transitional housing for young people experiencing homelessness and a drop-in studio that serves as a second home — a stable foundation while they work toward independence.
Daily Necessities
Daily nutritious meals, homework help and tutoring, free Omaha transit passes, and essential supplies — everything free of charge, no referrals needed.
Wellness & Mental Health
Trauma-informed peer support, conflict resolution, and connections to professional counseling — helping young people and families carry less while they heal and rebuild.
Community Infrastructure
We strengthen the institutions, networks, and resources neighborhoods rely on — addressing the root points of distress so every family can reach the standard of living they deserve.
Multilingual support is available in English, Nuer, Dinka, and Spanish — because access to basic services should never be blocked by language or background.
Every individual and family deserves the standard of living they deserve — regardless of barriers. We keep the door open, the table ready, and the neighborhood strong.
When the basics are secure, young people can focus on becoming whoever they dream of being. Our job is to make sure no barrier stands in between.
Make the Basics Possible for Every Family
Volunteer, give, or refer a young person or family in need. Together, we can close the gap between distress and dignity.
